We look forward to receiving your abstracts for topics related to this general meeting theme (Innovation for Excellence: Standing Our Ground amidst Eroding Resources) or in any area of natural resources education. Instructions for Abstracts and Manuscripts

To present a paper or a poster, you must submit an abstract by January 5, 2010. See abstract guidelines for submission details. Participants presenting papers will be notified by March 4, 2010 of the exact date and time of their presentation.


If requested, the Organizing Committee will send participants an official letter of invitation to the conference. This letter is intended to help a participant obtain travel funds or a visa and does not constitute any commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support or to agree to the presentation of a paper. Speaker Information

To present a paper or a poster, you must submit an abstract by January 5, 2010.

Oral Presenters
E-mail your bio to karpanty@vt.edu by March 22, 2010 OR bring a hard copy to the registration desk. See the speaker bio form.

Poster Presenters
Your poster should measure 3 feet x 4 feet (91 x 122 cm). We will provide the material to attach the poster to the board.
