Please note: If you are completing the VTEA registration form, please DO NOT complete a general registration form.
If you are a VTEA Member, your registration fee is $225. Non-members are $250.
Your registration fee includes Tuesday 2009 CTE Summer Professional Development Institute Activities, Exhibits, Continental Breakfast, Lunch, PM Break, and Banquet on Tuesday; Wednesday-Friday VTEA Sessions; Buffet Breakfast, Breaks, Lunch, Awards Banquet, and Reception on Wednesday; Breakfast and Lunch on Thursday; Breakfast and Business Meeting Luncheon on Friday; Transportation for Sessions at Henrico Schools, and Instructional Materials for each Session. Tickets may be purchased for Thursday's Barbecue for $5 each. Please note the barbecue is not included in your registration fee.
Guest tickets may be purchased for the following meals: Wednesday's Awards Dinner ~ $35 each and Friday's Lunch ~ $33 each.
Note: Download the VTEA membership form. The form includes Options for ITEA, VACTE, ACTE and other education organizations.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received by July 17, 2009. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations. No refunds will be issued for meals.
