Please note: If you are completing the VAAE registration form, please DO NOT complete a general registration form.
If you are a VAAE Member, your registration fee is $225. Non-Members are $250.
Your registration fee includes dinner on Monday; all meals on Tuesday and Wednesday; breakfast and lunch on Thursday; and workshops, unless otherwise indicated in conference details. Additional banquet tickets for Wednesday can be purchased for $40 per ticket.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds on meals purchased in advance.
Requests for refunds will be honored when received by July 17, 2009. However, another person may be substituted at any
time for this program. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for
cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or
postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances,
the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held
responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change
charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other
organizations.
