Conference Registration

The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions and materials, refreshment breaks each day, lunch on April 12 and 13, and the reception and banquet on April 12, and a CEU certificate at the end of the conference.

Registration is limited to 160 participants plus 40 students.

Registration fees are as follows:

Conference registration fee: $190 ($250 after March 11, 2013)
Student registration fee: $25 ($35 after March 11, 2013)

During the registration process please check the box that best describes your occupation or area of expetise.

NOTE: If you prefer to pay by check (There will be a $50 processing fee for all returned checks). and mail your registration, or fax with a credit card payment, you may download a PDF. Payment of registration fees is required prior to program attendance. Registration will be processed when payment is received.

Virginia Tech faculty and staff may also pay for registrations via HokieMart. Choose "VT CPE Registrations" from the Supplier Info list under the Interdepartmental Service Request option. Please be sure to enter the name of the program in the "General Information" portion of the form and attach a completed copy of the PDF form attached under "External Attachments." After the approval process has been completed at the department level, an email will be sent to CPE and we will complete the process.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received seven calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $50 participant/$15 Student administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.

Preconference Workshops

Each workshop registration fee includes admission to the workshop and workshop materials.
