Location
The CPTED 2008 will be held at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center
located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Roanoke, Virginia,
within walking distance of numerous restaurants, unique shops, museums,
and other attractions. You will be within easy driving distance to the
Blue Ridge Parkway, Explore Park, Dixie Caverns, Natural Bridge and
Smith Mountain Lake. The Hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to/from
the Roanoke Regional Airport (ROA) which is services by numerous

Lodging
A block of rooms has been reserved for the nights of Monday, January 28;
Tuesday, January 29; and Wednesday, January 30 for those attending the
conference at the rate of $105 per night plus taxes for single occupancy
and $125 per night plus taxes for double occupancy.
This special conference rate is available until December 24, 2007.

mention the CPTED conference when you make your reservation, and if you
are a state employee and quality for the state lodging rate, please be
sure to mention that as rooms are available at the state rate.To make
