Conference Registration

The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions and materials, refreshment breaks each day, as well as lunch, reception and performance on Friday March 11.

Registration fees are as follows:

Conference registration fee: $325 ($375 after February 14, 2016)
Student registration fee: $35

Online conference registration is closed.

Onsite registration will be available.

Exhibitor Registration

Includes one 6 ft. table in exhibit area (Friday, March 11, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) and ONE conference registration. Additional representatives at the exhibitor table must register for the conference separately.

Preconference Workshops - March 10
(Conference registration not required)

Each workshop registration fee includes admission to the workshop and workshop materials.

Preconference workshop fees:

The Art of Mindfulness in Everyday Life: $40
The Art of the Brush: $50

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received 14 calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $15 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
