Managed conflict is a healthy way to bring important issues to light and strengthen your relationships with coworkers, bosses, and customers. Conflict may be created unintentionally by what people (ALL OF US) say and do and we are not aware of how our behavior and communication styles create confusion and negative feelings for others and even ourselves. This 3-hour workshop will focus on new ways to communicate to manage conflict and improve relationships.
