Fee and Registration

Student (on campus) - $250 ($265 after April 30)
Parents - Off Campus - $80 ($100 after April 30)
Parents - On Campus, Per Couple - $300 ($315 after April 30)
Parents - On Campus, Single - $180 ($200 after April 30)

Registration deadline is May 31, 2010.

Please Note: On-line registration is available for those paying by credit card. If you are not paying by credit card, please download the PDF of the registration form and mail or fax it in. (see below).

When you set up the account and register on-line this must be done in the student's name.

Please remember to click on the SUBMIT button at the end of the form so that your registration is submitted. If you do not click on SUBMIT, your registration form will not be received by Virginia Tech.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored depending upon when cancellation notice is received. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $25 per person administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. For requests received after June 1, 2010 each attendee will forfeit one-half of their registration fee in addition to the $25 per person administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for those canceling after June 15, 2010. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
