Cost of Exhibit Booth:

$800 per booth for registrations by March 10, 2008
$900 per booth, postmarked after March 10, 2008

This fee includes:

  • One 10-ft x 10-ft booth with table, chairs, piping and draping, ID sign, and 110v electrical service.
  • Registration for one representative, with all group meals and breaks.
  • A listing of all participants.
  • A copy of the symposia proceedings on CD-ROM.
  • Your organization listed in the final program's Directory of Exhibitors.
  • A two-year subscription to the International Journal of Recirculating Aquaculture.

We understand that some companies would like to send a second, third, or fourth rep who might not attend the entire conference, so we have set the registration fee for additional booth attendants at a reduced rate of $200 each (compared to the individual conference registration fee of $325).

Trade Show Hours:
Set-up begins on Thursday, July 24, at 2:00 pm. The Trade Show officially opens on Friday at 9:00 a.m. and closes on Saturday, July 26, at 3:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Registration

Register online at https://www.cpe.vt.edu/ssl/r-aquaex/. Indicate your top three preferences for your booth location (refer to the floor plan for a tentative layout of the trade show booths). Certain booths have been reserved for sponsors. After that, booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the floor plan is subject to revision as necessary to accommodate all the exhibitors. Don't forget to fill in the information for the Directory of Exhibitors, including a short description of your products or services.

Registration deadline for exhibit space is July 6.

After we receive your registration and payment, we will send you a confirmation of your registration and booth location. You will also receive additional information concerning where and when to ship your exhibit materials, parking, etc.

Refund Policy: Requests for refunds of exhibit space will be honored until June 16, 2008. A $50 processing fee will be assessed. No refunds for booth cancellations can be granted after June 16. Refunds of fees for additional representatives will be honored until July 13, 2008.

Non-Profit Display Area

A table is provided near the registration desk for groups to display non-profit organizational materials, and a bulletin board will be available for posting job opportunities and resumes.
