Fee and Registration

The full conference fee is $325 if received by June 16, and $425 after this date.

Registration includes:

• Admission to all sessions, symposia, and the trade show
• Continental breakfast and continuous refreshment breaks from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on July 25 and 26
• Deluxe buffet lunch on Friday, July 25 and Saturday, July 26 in the trade show room
• Deluxe reception on Friday, July 25 in the trade show room
• Conference materials and handouts
• 2-year subscription to the International Journal of Recirculating Aquaculture
• Proceedings on CD-ROM (covering the 2004, 2006, and 2008 conferences)

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received seven calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
