The Advanced Personal Protective Equipment: Challenges in Protecting
First Responders Conference offers a forum for discussion between first
responders, government agencies, standards organizations, and PPE
manufacturers. This conference promises to be an excellent way for
information to be exchanged and to learn what other groups and agencies
are doing to protect first responders.
The First Responders Conference
will be held at the newly built
Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton
Conference Center in Blacksburg, VA.
The First Responders Conference is presented by the Auditory Systems
Laboratory in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at
Virginia Tech, with major sponsorship by NPPTL-NIOSH.
