A block of lodging rooms for the conference is being held at The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center, a beautiful new facility located on the Virginia Tech campus at a special conference rate of $119.00 per night for single or double occupancy, plus tax.
For lodging reservations call toll free (877) 200-3360 or (540) 231-8000. Identify yourself as a participant in the ACC Scientific Forum for Discovery to receive the special lodging rate. Rooms will be held at the special rate until Friday, September 15, 2010.
For those who would like to share a room with another graduate student attending the conference, please indicate this in the questionnaire on the registration page. This information will be coordinated by Dr. Annie Aigster and she will maintain a list of students seeking roommates. Once you locate a roommate, you can coordinate the lodging reservation with him or her.
Parking permits or tags (except for Virginia Tech faculty and staff) are NOT required for daily parking at the Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center. For those participants staying at the Inn, an overnight parking permit will be issued at check-in and an overnight fee of $3.00 per night will be applied.
